What is your cancellation policy for sessions?

In consideration of myself and other clients, 24-hour notice or the night prior to your session is the latest time to cancel your booking. Any missed appointments are the responsibility of the client to be paid in full for the appointment.

How many sessions should I have in order for me to start seeing some progress?

Three sessions scheduled close together are recommended for Body Awareness, Nutrition and Body Movement. Additional sessions can be planned after the initial three sessions.

For Sauna sessions, weekly sessions are recommended without more than 10 days in between for the first ten sessions. Additional sessions can be scheudled monthly for maintenance.

What kind of payment method is accepted?

Debit, Credit Cards, Venmo, Zelle, Cash and checks are accepted payment methods.

Where is coaching/therapy session held?

Coaching sessions may be held on Zoom, phone or in person at my home.

Do you come to my house to do a session?

Outcall services may be arranged depending on circumstances. Sauna sessions are not available for outcall.

Can I bring a friend/family member to be in the same session with me?

Your friend/family member can be present in the session. They may provide emotional support while you may face challenges while making a progress.

What should I wear to sauna session?

You may remain in your undergarments or disrobe completely. It is most beneficial for the infrared and ozone both to reach as much of your skin as possible.
